An award-winning expert creating resonant health-tech brands and impactful full stack marketing programs, Bethany Hale is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at tech-enabled insurance broker, Newfront. Bethany brings more than 25 years of experience across marketing strategy, brand development, digital marketing, and demand generation to this role. Prior to Newfront, Bethany served as Chief Marketing Officer for health-tech platform, Cedar, leading the company through several funding rounds and an acquisition, while supporting ARR growth of more than 8x over 3+ years. She’s a creative storyteller and thought leader who has worked with notable brands including IBM (Watson Health), American Express, Samsung Electronics, Pfizer, Adobe, and Microsoft. She’s also advised several start-up healthcare companies.
Bethany earned an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in Journalism from Michigan State University. She lives with her daughter and french bulldog in Brooklyn, NY and she fills her free time practicing new plant-based recipes and touring art galleries.
